Responsibilities

  • Enter financial statements including Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Notes to Accounts in spreadsheet.
  • Analysis of Balance sheet, Profit and loss Statement, Cash Flow statement and Notes to Accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the Financial Statement of the company. Entering the financial statements (Balance Sheet/ P&L/ Cash Flows/Projections) into spreadsheets.
  • Understand and analyse Financial Ratios, Liquidity Position, Business operation and overall performance of the company with respect to the industry performance.
  • Gather and maintain records of financial data provided by clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare detailed CMA & CAM based on past financial performance and management discussions. Ensure accurate and timely submission of CMAs & CAMs to stakeholders.
  • Conducting Peer Comparison.
  • Conducting industry research.
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentation mentioning about the company, management and other relevant information.
  • Candidate shall be responsible to conduct management meetings of clients with various stakeholders as required to get the desired outcome.
  • Routine work involving follow up for data, acceptance, analysis of bank statements etc.


Qualifications

  • ·MBA in finance or equivalent qualification
  • Candidates with professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA) will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 0-3 yrs of similar experience or Prior experience in credit appraisal, CMA preparation, or financial analysis is highly desirable
