The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional process improvement projects across the business.Key Responsibilities:Process Improvement Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive process improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Strategic Thinking & Operational Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate business strategies and identify opportunities for process excellence. Develop actionable plans to drive growth, innovation, and resilience.Training, Coaching, and Capability Building: Design and deliver training programs focused on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement tools. Mentor team members and process owners to build their capacity and capabilities.Change Management & Culture Building: Serve as a change leader to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors. Work closely with HR, Communications, and leadership teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of improvement initiatives. Prepare dashboards and executive presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and successes.
