Job Description: Social Media Content Creator & Brand Visual Identity Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Brand Visual Identity Specialist to join our dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, maintaining the organisation’s visual identity across all platforms, and driving the organisation’s message through compelling storytelling and high-quality visual design. This role is essential to enhance our online presence and connect with our audience in meaningful ways.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Content Creation:

  • Develop, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms (Instagram, , etc.), and maintain the digital showroom.
  • Craft compelling copy and visuals that align with the organisation voice and resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, hashtags, and popular content formats from Garment Industry to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
  • Update the new developments across Digital Showroom & social media platforms on a regular basis.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics and use data to refine strategies.

 

2. Organisation’s Visual Identity:

  • Ensure consistency in organisation’s visuals across all digital and print media, including social media, digital showroom and website.
  • Develop and maintain the organisation's visual style guide, including logo usage, colour schemes, typography, and image guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to create cohesive, on-organisation assets.
  • Oversee the production of branded content, such as brochure, graphics, newsletter and other promotional materials.
  • Continuously innovate and refresh the organisation’s visual identity to keep it modern and engaging.

 

3. Content Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content calendars aligned with newsletters and business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Design and Customer Support) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and target audience preferences to inform content and design decisions.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, to increase engagement and organisation’s awareness.

 

4. Video & Photography:

  • Capture high-quality images and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
  • Edit and produce video content for social media, website, and digital showroom.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to the organisation’s tone, aesthetics, and messaging.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience along global fashion industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
