Revenue Growth StrategistWe are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. This key role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through online and offline channels across 300+ stores in India.The successful candidate will analyze revenue output and input data sets to identify opportunities for tactical strategies that drive growth. Key responsibilities include:Tracking weekly and monthly revenue trends against annual operating plan targets, identifying gaps and stress areas, and developing plans to address them.Developing innovative and seamless promotional campaigns involving cross-functional teams to drive sales.Liaising with online aggregators such as Swiggy and Zomato to gain insights, make interventions, and promote our business.To succeed in this role, you will need:Proficiency in Excel and excellent interpersonal skills.A willingness to go the extra mile and question the status quo.4-5 years of experience in marketing and/or growth roles, preferably in the food industry.An MBA qualification is not mandatory but preferred.Flexibility to work on Saturdays (work from home).
