Job Title: Performance ManagerDescription:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing or growth roles, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across all digital channels, optimizing performance, and leading data-driven campaigns that convert. This includes planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various platforms, building high-converting campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per click (CPC), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with agility and creativity. Strong communication skills and trend awareness are also essential.Key Responsibilities:Paid Performance & Digital Advertising:Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.Build high-converting campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, festive gifting, and trending collections.Manage ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and CAC to maximize efficiency and profitability.Data, Analytics & Reporting:Track daily performance metrics and identify actionable insights for scaling or optimizing campaigns.Build dashboards to monitor sales funnels, customer journeys, and micro-conversions.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, landing pages, offers, and funnel stages.Funnel Optimization:Map, design, and optimize the full marketing funnel: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Repeat Purchase → Advocacy.Improve website conversion rate, cart recovery, and overall paid campaign performance.Collaborate with the Shopify team to suggest improvements for speed, UX, and product-page conversions.Creative & Content Coordination:Brief the content/creative team on trends, messaging, hooks, and ad angles that work.Assist in developing SEO-friendly product descriptions, reels, UGC concepts, and high-impact creatives.Brand & Growth Strategy:Identify growth opportunities across gifting seasons, festivals, influencer collaborations, and new product categories.Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on retail, jewelry, and eCommerce trends.Support launch planning for collections, bundles, holiday campaigns, and seasonal drops.Requirements:Proven experience in performance marketing or growth roles (D2C, eCommerce, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle preferred).Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Shopify data, and marketing attribution models.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment with agility and creativity.Strong communication skills and trend awareness.Why Join Us?Be part of a rapidly growing brand redefining trends in jewelry.Creative freedom to test, innovate, and drive impact.Flexible work culture with high autonomy and learning opportunities.Opportunity to see your ideas directly translate into real-time sales and brand growth.How to Apply:Please submit your resume, portfolio (if applicable), and a short note on why you'd be a great fit for this role.Keyword: PerformanceManager
