About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join the esteemed Department of Orthopedics, Joint Replacement, and Sports Medicine at our reputed healthcare institution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of foot and ankle disorders in adults and children, including but not limited to fractures, deformities, diabetic foot care, and sports injuries.
  • Perform surgical interventions, including minimally invasive and complex surgeries, tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Lead and manage treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists in orthotics, sports medicine, and rehabilitation.
  • Provide consultation for aesthetic foot care and orthotics needs, working closely with the hospital’s Orthotics department.
  • Develop and implement innovative and state-of-the-art treatment techniques to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Foot and Ankle program, ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in the newly established VitaNova rehabilitation center, focusing on comprehensive post-operative rehabilitation and recovery for patients.
  • Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and technologies in the field of foot and ankle surgery.
  • Provide leadership in advancing the department’s reputation and clinical excellence in foot and ankle care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • M.S. (Orthopedics) or equivalent qualification with a Fellowship or specialization in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
  • Proven experience in treating a wide range of foot and ankle disorders with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Strong surgical expertise, including advanced procedures and minimally invasive techniques.
  • Passion for patient care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently practice and innovate with the support of a well-established healthcare system.
  • Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams, particularly in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
  • Willingness to adopt and implement new technologies to enhance patient care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
