Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Data Privacy Manager to lead our organization's data protection efforts.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of privacy laws and regulations, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective data protection policies and procedures.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our data protection framework.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential data privacy and protection risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and evaluate data processing activities to ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, application, and privacy impact assessments.Design and build security/privacy frameworks, processes, and controls to ensure framework development.Recommend creative privacy solutions and participate in discussions regarding recommendations with various stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to raise awareness of data protection policies and practices.Stay informed about global developments in data protection laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.Requirements:Proven experience in developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures.Excellent knowledge of privacy laws and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a leading organization in the field of data protection.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development opportunities.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to us.
