You'll be involved in shaping wireframes, refining UI designs, and learning through user testing, gaining hands-on experience throughout the full design lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDesign Interfaces: Create clean and functional UI layouts, components, icons, and flows for web and mobile platforms.Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and participate in usability testing to refine the user experience.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with developers, product managers, marketers, and other designers to translate user and business needs into effective products.Design Systems: Help maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries for consistency across touchpoints.Iterate & Improve: Respond to feedback, test assumptions, and iterate designs to find the best solutions.Stay Current: Keep up with modern design trends, patterns, and tools — and bring fresh ideas to the table.Skills & RequirementsStrong UI/UX design expertise: Deep understanding of design thinking, user psychology, and information architecture.
