Job OpportunityWe are seeking an intern to join our analytics team.About the Role:As an intern, you will deliver risk and/or analytic solutions in the financial services industry. You will work with stakeholders across product management, data science, and engineering to drive implementation of risk and data analytic strategies.Your Tasks Will Include:Delivering risk and/or analytic solutionsWorking with stakeholders to drive implementation of risk and data analytic strategiesManaging challenging time constraints and ensuring on-time delivery of projectsDeveloping and generating management reports for portfolio monitoringCollecting data, analyzing, and identifying key differentiating indicators for segmentation and driving effective risk mitigation and/or marketing strategiesWorking closely with partner teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend new data that helps in overall risk and marketing strategiesAnalyzing portfolio trends and simulating risk and marketing strategiesWorking closely with data science teams on model building and deploymentBuilding scorecards that leverage both internal performance data and external performance dataPerforming analysis, developing strategies, and crafting presentations that help articulate strategy for the leadership teamWhat We Are Looking For:A quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, or economics or related disciplinesKnowledge of database query language (e.g. SQL) and developer tools such as Python, R , databricks in a finance or analytics fieldPrior model building experience is a plus but not criticalAn analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguityStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams
