Job OverviewThe Senior Business Intelligence Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Leads the development and execution of the organization's BI strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.Overssees data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling, to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.Main Responsibilities:Creates and manages comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Establishes and maintains data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manages a team of BI professionals, including data analysts and data engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Supervisory Duties:Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a small staff of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws.
