Energy Modelling SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Energy Modelling Specialist to support the development of energy simulations and building performance analysis for green building certifications. This remote role is based in India.Main Responsibilities:Develop building energy simulation models using industry-recognized software such as eQuest, Design Builder, IES VE, etc.Support LEED, Estidama, DGBC, and other green building certifications by preparing required documentation, calculations, and simulation reports.Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to extract inputs for energy modelling and system analysis.Conduct baseline and proposed case simulations in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 and relevant standards.Analyse simulation results to identify energy conservation measures and optimization opportunities.Assist in preparing energy and water efficiency reports, feasibility studies, and carbon reduction analyses.Collaborate with design teams to provide recommendations on passive design strategies, HVAC system optimisation, and renewable energy integration.About You:The successful candidate will have a strong background in building energy simulation and analysis. They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
