Key Responsibilities:  Project Planning: Define project scope, develop work breakdown structures (WBS), create timelines, and set delivery milestones.  Sprint Management: Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming to ensure smooth Agile workflows.  Requirement Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable user stories; prioritize tasks effectively.  Execution Oversight: Track project execution and ensure alignment with plans; monitor risks, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks.  Resource Allocation: Allocate tasks based on team capacity and expertise; ensure optimal resource utilization.  Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders; provide timely updates on progress and issues.  Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to defined quality standards; oversee integration with testing frameworks.  Budget & Cost Control: Track budget vs. actuals; Handle financial forecasting and deviation analysis  Risk & Issue Management: Maintain risk register; Plan and implement mitigation strategies.  Change Management: Manage scope changes through a formal change control process.  Project Closure: Ensure delivery acceptance, lessons learned documentation, and formal closure. Key Result Areas (KRAs):  On-time project delivery- Deliver all project milestones on schedule with minimal slippage  Adherence to project budgets- Control cost deviations and ensure financial accountability  Compliance with software quality standards- Ensure projects meet predefined quality benchmarks and standards  High stakeholder satisfaction levels- Maintain high satisfaction levels from all project stakeholders  Strong team collaboration and morale- Promote effective collaboration and communication across the team  Scope Management- Manage requirement changes with minimal disruption to the delivery timeline  Risk & Issue Resolution- Mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively Technical Skills:  Project Management Tools: JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com  Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Hybrid, Waterfall  Software Lifecycle Knowledge: Proficiency in SDLC phases: Planning, Designing, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance  CI/CD and DevOps: Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes  Testing Frameworks: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman  Cloud & Infrastructure Basics: Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP for deployment pipelines.  Reporting & Analytics: Creating dashboards using Excel, Power BI; Velocity and burndown metrics. Qualifications:  Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline  PMP, CSM, or SAFe Certification mandate  Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects  Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills
