We strive to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students and are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team.Roles and Responsibilities:Admissions Process Management:Guide prospective parents through the admission process, providing detailed information about the school, curriculum, and unique offerings.Assist families with application submissions, documentation, and admission formalities.Conduct school tours for prospective parents and students, showcasing facilities and programs.Counseling and Communication:Counsel parents and students on academic programs, extracurricular activities, and overall school philosophy.Address inquiries and concerns from prospective families via email, phone, and in-person meetings.Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while providing accurate information to ensure a positive experience.Outreach and Marketing Support:Participate in admission campaigns, open houses, and community events to promote the school.Collaborate with the marketing team to create brochures, flyers, and digital content for admissions promotion.Build relationships with feeder schools and other organizations to enhance visibility and reputation.Database and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of prospective student inquiries, applications, and communication in the school's database.Generate periodic reports on admission trends and provide insights for improvement.Compliance and Policies:Ensure all admission procedures align with CBSE norms and school policies.Stay updated on changes in CBSE regulations that may impact the admission process.Qualifications and Skill Required:Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 2-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles (experience in the education sector is a plus).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships and maintain a positive rapport with parents and students.Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.Enthusiasm for promoting the school's mission and vision.Key AttributesWarm and welcoming personality.Passionate about education and child development.Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.Adaptability to a fast-paced school environment.Salary:Competitive and based on experience.How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their updated CV and a cover letter towith the subject line "Application for Admission Counsellor"We look forward to welcoming an enthusiastic professional to our team
