Role and Responsibilities :Should have expertise in implementing agile SAP project methodology or Strategy for implementation and Post implementation supportAbility to understand the complex business processes and perform the SME roleAbility to evaluate the system Architecture Enhancements upgrades and provide recommendations as per the SAP RoadmapAbility to Manage the Team and providing directions to the team in complex casesLiaison with Team and client for Architecting and implementing the solutionShould be able to analyze the current business process designShould be able to conduct workshops and technical configuration in Group Reporting solutionAble to collect the Business requirements and apply best practices for the solution designShould have both functional and Configuration knowledge in Group ReportingShould have strong insights on GL Asset accounting Controlling and profitability process areasShould have exposure to compliance and statutory requirements IFRS and GAAP accounting rulesIndividual should have knowledge or hands on experience on GR BW SAC BPC S4 and Fiori AppsCandidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environmentRequirement :Should have ability to drive the Project as per the ScopeShould have minimum 9 years of Implementation and Support experience across different industries in SAP BPC consolidation and sectors with at least 2 end to end implementation in SAP GR Consolidation Scope Design Build Test phasesIndividual would be required to participate in Business workshops gather business requirements to be able to propose TO BE Processes as per best practicesIndividual should have very strong Business process knowledge across SAP Core Functions S4HANA Finance FICOMust Have in candidate :Should have Excellent communication skills and good listening skillsShould have exposure in Project Implementation Discovering the scope defining project phases and timelinesAbility to drive the project as per the Implementation Methodology approachLiaison with Client for Blueprint sign off UAT sign off Project sign offSAP GR with Good knowledge of backend configuration implementation and unit testing o GR objects such as Master data of FS items Consolidation units Consolidation Groups Version special version Fiscal year variant and Architecture designShould have knowledge in Historical Data loading from Different system to Group ReportingShould have knowledge in currency Translation in Group reporting and able to handle different currency reporting with different conversion ratesShould have experience in setup the Reporting rules for Cash flowShould have hands on experience in reconciliation between legal entities and able to resolve the reconciliation issuesExperience in integrating GR with Other systems like SACShould have experience in setting up the data monitor Consolidation Monitor Define Tasks for EliminationsShould have experience in Reporting the GR data through Fiori apps Analysis office and through SAC reportsShould have knowledge in Journals and Flexi upload in Group reportingNice to Have in candidate :Experience in Project ImplementationsExpertise in Solution Architecture and understanding the different systems and integrationHands on working experience on SAP Group Reporting 2022 along with BPC Consolidation SAC ABAP CDS views S4Hana finance FIORI AppsQualifications :Graduate Post GraduateCertified Project Manager PMPSAP Activate etcLatest GR Certification is preferredLocation : Bengaluru
