About the role : We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in eLearning development to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of artistic skills and technical expertise, ensuring the creation of visually stunning and pedagogically sound eLearning materials
EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
Design and develop high-quality graphics, animations, and interactive elements for eLearning courses.
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and visual standards.
Utilize industry-standard software and tools to produce visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to ensure the final product meets the highest standards of excellence.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and eLearning development.
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 5 years focused on eLearning development.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Articulate Storyline, and other eLearning authoring tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in eLearning projects and visual design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
