Digital Data Platform SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned Digital Data Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a Microsoft Fabric platform for a leading US health insurer.Design the foundation of the platform, establish governance guardrails, and ensure the environment is usable by everyone.Establish Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models, security groups, Row-Level Security/Column-Level Security patterns, budgeting guardrails, naming/tags, and approval workflows.Set up Purview collections, implement glossary governance, scanner rules, sensitivity labels, and end-to-end lineage across Fabric artifacts.The successful candidate will have 8-12 years of experience, including 3+ years in Azure data platform governance/Fabric administration. They will possess expertise in Microsoft Fabric architecture, including tenants, domains, capacity groups, workspaces, OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics.A strong understanding of governance, security, compliance, and cost management is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable configuring Microsoft Purview and have experience with Azure Identity and Access Management/Entra ID, RLS/CLS patterns, and cost management.
