Job DescriptionQA Team Leader - E-Commerce PlatformWe are seeking an experienced QA Team Leader to strengthen our testing processes and lead a distributed QA team. To ensure exceptional quality and support this growth, we need a proactive problem solver who drives improvements and engages stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Define quality assurance strategies, create test plans, and oversee execution for web and mobile applications.Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.Track and report quality metrics, analyze trends, and identify root causes of issues.Manage offshore QA members (approx. 5–7), including test case design, progress tracking, and review of deliverables.Perform hands-on testing when required and maintain high standards for test coverage.Lead a small onsite QA team and ensure effective communication and performance.Drive continuous improvement through standardized QA processes and best practices.Prepare regular reports and communicate results to stakeholders.Scope of Testing:Web applications for desktop and mobile browsers.Native Android and iOS applications.Browser extensions.Backend APIs and batch processing systems.Work Environment:You'll work in a global team with both onsite and offshore members, using English and Japanese for communication.
