Please review the job description carefully and apply if suitable.Conduct quality assurance calls and process reviews across all departments to ensure alignment with our company's standards.Deliver in-depth training sessions on quality processes to employees, including 'Process Refresher' and 'New Hire' trainings.Provide ongoing guidance and support to enhance employees' understanding and execution of quality standards, addressing any skill gaps that may arise.Identify training needs based on process review findings and collaborate with management to develop targeted interventions.Create and implement consistent training materials and SOPs to reinforce quality assurance practices throughout the organization.Analyse findings from process reviews, generate reports highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.Suggest, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective actions to achieve quality assurance benchmarks.Mentor employees to reduce process variation and eliminate errors, ensuring seamless operations.Monitor and track Business Unit responses to all findings identified during process reviews.Elevate unresolved issues to Senior Management and work collaboratively with Management to resolve these matters.Prepare timely reports detailing observations from reviews, facilitating data-driven decision making.Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting voice and non-voice audits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
