The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of various technologies like App Development, Data, AI/ML, and Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in helping us expand our customer base and build relationships with potential clients.Key Responsibilities:• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through various methods, including cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.• Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of App Development, Data, AI/ML, and Cloud solutions to effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate updates in the CRM system.• Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and drive interest in our products and services.• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales tactics and strategies.Desired Skills & Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or a customer-facing role.• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of App Development, Data, AI/ML, and Cloud technologies.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conveytechnical information in an easy-to-understand manner.• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.• CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage sales activities.• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.• Self-Motivated: Driven to succeed with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.Additional Qualifications:• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.• Familiarity with industry-specific software solutions or sales tools is a plus.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
