Senior Full-Chip Timing Specialist

Full Chip STA LeadWe are looking for an accomplished Full Chip STA Expert with a strong background in full-chip timing, constraint management, and cross-functional collaboration.Manage functional and test constraints at the block and top levels.Perform static timing analysis (STA) for both block-level and full-chip sign-off.Oversight of ECO generation at the top level and coordination with block owners for timing/functional ECO implementation.Collaboration with synthesis teams for block-level and top-level synthesis.Drive automation initiatives using Perl, Tcl, Awk, or Python.Mentorship and guidance of junior engineers on technical aspects.Requirements:At least 8 years of hands-on experience in full-chip STA.Proven expertise in constraints handling, STA sign-off, and ECO flow.Strong scripting and automation skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.About this Role:This is a critical position that requires a high degree of expertise in full-chip STA.
