SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist

Job Description:Seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to guarantee seamless delivery and adoption of SuccessFactors solutions.Manage the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.Coordinate with HR, functional, and technical teams for configuration, integration, and testing.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies and organizational standards.Oversee user training, UAT, change management, and post–go-live support.Requirements & Skills:Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors projects (Employee Central, Talent Modules).Strong understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors module workflow.Solid project management experience across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.Experience with project tools like MS Project or Azure DevOps.Strong communication, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications (preferred).
