Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the implementation and configuration of our SAP SuccessFactors LMS module. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement the SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needs.Configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.Ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central.Develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development.Create and maintain configuration documentation, and user guides, and provide training to wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team. Required Skills and Qualifications:Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and Performance & Goals.Deep understanding of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutions.Knowledge of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context.Proficiency in creating reports and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to track HR metrics and performance indicators.Familiarity with security protocols and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors, especially related to sensitive HR data.Experience with data migration strategies and tools.Ability to resolve issues and debug in SAP SuccessFactors, including configurations and integrations. Nice To Have:Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other module-specific certifications.Experience with integration technologies like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs.Integration expertise with SAP ERP HCM and external systems.Development background in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Knowledge of SAP IAS Configuration.Experience with SAP Joule.
