Job Title: Data Governance Functional LeadDelphi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Functional Lead to drive enterprise-level data governance initiatives across multiple business domains.The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks, facilitating business workshops, and partnering with technology teams to operationalize governance using specialized tools and platforms.Design, implement, and institutionalize data governance frameworks, policies, and processes across business units.Conduct business workshops with enterprise clients to define governance objectives, roles, and ownership models.Help set up and formalize the Data Governance Council — document charters, roles, responsibilities, and governance operating models.Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and security teams to implement governance controls using platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog, and Informatica.Implement and monitor AI governance principles ensuring compliance, ethical AI use, and adherence to organizational policies.Understand diverse business domains — Real Estate, Retail, E-Commerce, Investment Holding, Hospitality & Entertainment, and Government Entities — to align governance frameworks with business priorities.Ensure all governance processes align with Microsoft Security and Compliance Frameworks, regulatory standards, and enterprise risk guidelines.Partner with senior business leaders, data owners, and IT teams to drive governance adoption and maturity.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Information Governance within enterprise environments.Proven ability to conduct governance business workshops and translate outcomes into actionable governance models.Experience in establishing and operationalizing governance councils and defining data ownership structures.Hands-on exposure to governance tools and technologies such as Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog, and Informatica.Deep understanding of Microsoft's Security and Compliance Framework and its relevance to data governance.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated experience working across multiple industries such as Real Estate, Retail, ECommerce, Investment, Hospitality, and Government.Minimum 1 year of experience in AI Governance—understanding how governance principles extend to AI/ML models, data lineage, and responsible AI practices.Ability to bridge functional and technical aspects of governance and influence cross-functional teams.Benefits:Delphi offers a competitive compensation package, health benefits, company-sponsored certifications, training programs, and skill-building opportunities to help you succeed.We foster a culture of inclusivity and support, with remote work options and a fully supported work-from-home setup to ensure your comfort and productivity.
