Job Title: Project Governance Specialist    As a highly skilled Project Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in driving project excellence across multiple initiatives. You will lead the PMO function, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, optimizing processes, and enabling leadership with actionable insights.    Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain PMO governance frameworks, ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Lead the creation of portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros/VBA, complex formulas) and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).Drive data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitate executive governance meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and coach PMO analysts and project coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Continuously refine PMO processes for efficiency and scalability.    Requirements and Skills5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros/VBA, complex modeling, and automation).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).Experience in financial management for projects (budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.    Dream Team Member QualitiesStrategic thinker with attention to detail.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Ability to influence and drive change across teams.High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
