Hello,

We are looking for candidates for PLM Business Analyst role at Mumbai location for supporting and optimizing product lifecycle management processes, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current PLM processes and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PLM system requirements
  • Support PLM software configuration and implementation
  • Develop and maintain PLM system documentation
  • Conduct user training and provide technical support

Required Qualifications, Competencies & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in PLM or product development environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in PLM software (e.g., ARAS, Teamcenter, PTC Windchill)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking, Collaborative approach and attention to details, adoptability and Technical acumen.

Technical Skills

  • PLM software implementation
  • Process mapping
  • Data analysis
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of product development cycles

Preferred Certifications

  • PLM Professional Certification
  • SCRUM Master
  • Business Analysis Professional Certification
