About Real Estate Analyst RoleWe seek an experienced professional to fill this position.Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting hotel feasibility studies, creating financial models, performing cash flow analysis, IRR calculations, sensitivity scenarios, and underwriting assumptions. Key responsibilities include evaluating new hotel opportunities, supporting deal execution, and providing insights that guide investment decisions.Main Responsibilities:Hotel development feasibility studies, acquisitions, conversions, and repositioningFinancial modeling, cash flow analysis, IRR calculations, sensitivity scenarios, and underwriting assumptionsHotel performance metrics: RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP, NOIMarket research: comp sets, supply pipeline, demand generators, competitive mappingSite selection research using demographic and location-based dataInvestment memos, development decks, and presentations for leadershipDue diligence including zoning, permits, regulatory requirements, and CapEx planningPortfolio performance tracking and variance analysisCollaboration across development, operations, finance, and asset managementKey Qualifications:Strong Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience in hotel analytics, real estate, consulting, finance, or developmentUnderstanding of hospitality KPIs and underwriting fundamentalsStrong research skills with the ability to turn data into insightsClean communication and presentation skillsCuriosity about hotel investments, development, and operationsPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Hotel feasibility experience or previous underwriting workExposure to STR, CoStar, HVS, or other hospitality research toolsUnderstanding of brand standards and PIP requirementsDegree in real estate, finance, economics, hospitality, or related fields
