Job Title: Financial Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing cost reports, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all financial documents.About the Role:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar business management position and excellent interpersonal communication skills. They will also possess high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and be able to learn quickly to understand our business process planning, implementation, and tracking.Responsibilities:Collect and validate general ledgers, invoices, payroll journals, contracts, and other accounting and financial records from clients.Prepare accurate cost reports using existing Microsoft Excel automated templates.Review and validate cost reports prepared by other team members to ensure correctness and consistency.Prepare tax credit and grant forms.Assist management with collecting government grant information and creating financial reports using Microsoft Excel.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-year work experience in a similar business management position.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to provide feedback to the rest of the organization.Benefits:This is a great opportunity to advance your career in accounting and financial analysis.
