Job Title: Commercial ExecutiveLocation: DelhiExperience: 3–5 YearsIndustry: Fire Rated Door / Building Material / Construction / Hardware IndustryJob Description:We are seeking an experienced *Commercial Executive* to handle day-to-day commercial activities, vendor coordination, and online portal management, specifically with *L&T and other contractor/client portals*. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, good communication skills, and familiarity with documentation and tender management.Key Responsibilities:* Manage and update *L&T portal* and other client/vendor portals (e.g., uploading documents, tenders, purchase orders, billing status, etc.).* Coordinate with *clients, contractors, and internal departments* for commercial documentation and approvals.* Prepare and maintain *commercial documents* such as quotations, work orders, agreements, and invoices.* Handle *purchase orders*, follow up on billing, payments, and ensure compliance with client requirements.* Monitor and track *project-wise billing*, reconciliation, and payment status.* Support the *sales and project teams* with commercial documentation and cost analysis.* Ensure *timely submission of documents* like BGs, insurance, statutory certificates, and vendor registration forms.* Maintain proper *records and reports* for audit and management review.Desired Candidate Profile:* Graduate (preferably B.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent).* 3–5 years* of experience in commercial operations.* Hands-on experience managing *L&T or similar corporate vendor portals*.* Proficient in *MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* and document management.* Strong understanding of *billing, taxation (GST, TDS)*, and commercial compliance.* Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.* Experience in *construction, doors, hardware, or building material industry* preferred.Location: Delhi
