Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating analysis and data visualizations that enable leaders to make strategic decisions.The ideal candidate will champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas. They will proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand information needs and functional requirements.Present actionable insights derived from data analysis during monthly and quarterly program review sessions.Identify opportunities, trends, and strategies aligned with organizational objectives through data analysis.Provide technology consultation to stakeholders on effective data utilization and tool selection.Champion the implementation of new ideas and manage change related to business intelligence processes.Participate in risk assessment activities to ensure data quality, security, and accuracy.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other quantitative major.At least 3 years of experience in data management and analysis, working with databases and creating data visualizations for Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consulting firms.Strong knowledge of Tableau and intermediate to advanced database and T-SQL skills.Experience in writing complex formulas and creating charts and graphs in Excel.Strong written and verbal communication skills.BenefitsThis is a hybrid onsite position in Chennai, with flexible working hours (7:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) for a training period of 3-6 months.
