Mobile App Video Editor + CreatorWe are looking for a creative and highly productive Video Creator to join our team, focusing on performance-driven video ads for our mobile apps. This is a high-volume, results-oriented role where your work directly impacts user acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Design and produce a high volume of engaging, short-form video ads specifically for mobile app promotion across platforms like Google, Meta, and others.Produce 5 finished video ads per weekday, totaling approximately 100 videos per month.Work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager and Co-founders to understand weekly video requests, iterate on concepts, and finalize creative assets based on performance feedback.Stay ahead of current short-form video trends and incorporate successful viral and creative elements into your work.What We're Looking For:Proven expertise in creating short-form video content specifically for mobile app advertising/marketing. (This is not a long-form content clipping role.)Expert proficiency in CapCut (or an equivalent mobile-first video editing app) for rapid and high-quality production.A strong understanding of mobile user behavior and what drives clicks/installs for mobile apps.Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver a high volume of polished content consistently.Fluency in English (written and verbal).⚠️ MANDATORY Application RequirementTo be considered for this role, you MUST submit a portfolio of your work.Email the following to socials@hellofig.io:Your current Resume/CV.Links or files of your 3 best short-form video ads/content pieces that you have created for other mobile apps currently on the market.Salary expectation range (in $USD)Applications that do not include the 3 video examples will not be reviewed.
