Proposal Engineer (1 Opening) and Presales / Business Analyst (Junior and Senior - 2 Openings)Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and technically soundProposal Engineerto join our team, who will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing suitable solutions, and supporting thesalesteam with technical expertise. The ideal candidate should have be familiar with Industrial Automation, IoT, PLC systems, Edge Solutions, and IT-OT integration, and must be able to bridge the gap between technical teams and manufacturing clients.Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective customers to understand their business processes and pain points in manufacturing operations.Collaborate with thesalesteam to define customer-specific solutions using IA- IT-OT, Edge Computing, IoT, MES, and PLC-based technologies.Create and deliver compelling technicalpresentations, product demonstrations, and solution architectures.Draft detailed technical proposals, architecture diagrams, BOM, effort estimation aligned with customer requirements.Customize proposals to highlight the unique value proposition of the organizationParticipate in RFP/RFI responses, POCs, pre-bid meetings and client discussions to understand expectations.Coordinate proposal timelines and submission schedules.Liaise with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.Act as a key technical advisor duringsalesdiscussions and negotiations.Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, IIoT, and digital transformation.Maintain a knowledge base of solutions, success stories, and competitive positioning.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's/Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial, or Computer Engineering.Proven experience (2+ years or 5+ years) in apresales, application engineering, or solution architecture role in the manufacturing or automation industry.PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider)SCADA/HMI systemsOPC UA, MQTT, Modbus protocolsEdge Computing platforms (e.g., Node-RED, Kepware, Ignition Edge)MES platforms and industrial data handlingIoT platforms and cloud integration (Azure, AWS, etc.)Cybersecurity fundamentals in OT environmentsExperience in IT-OT convergence projects and digital transformation in manufacturing.Excellent communication,presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to write clear, concise, and technically detailed documentation.Good to Have:Experience with Industry 4.0 frameworks, ISA-95, and ISA-88.Familiarity with analytics dashboards, BI tools (Power BI, Grafana), and data historians.Exposure to manufacturing domains like automotive, FMCG, pharma, or discrete manufacturing.Certifications in automation systems, cloud platforms, or industrial cybersecurity.What We Offer:Opportunity to work at the forefront of Industry 4.0 transformation.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Exposure to cutting-edge industrial technologies.Professional growth through continuous learning and hands-on challenges.Please drop CVs
