**Accounting Manager Role**Our organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, as well as overseeing the payroll compliance process.Responsibilities:Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements.Prepare payroll returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Manage journal entries and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.Ensure clients receive exceptional service by maintaining a strong workflow system.Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance professional development.Onboard new clients and assist team members as needed.Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve business objectives.Identify and resolve client engagement issues and anomalies.Oversee project management and quality control processes.**Qualifications:**CA or CPA certification7+ years of experience in US accountingConversant with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skillsExperience with cloud-based accounting solutions (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)Minimum 3+ years of team leadership experienceDirect US client coordination experience**Key Skills:**Accounting and financeTeam leadership and managementProject managementCommunication and interpersonal skills
