Job Title: HR Operations DirectorAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Director to oversee global HR operations, compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.Expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and process orientation.Ability to manage teams in a global IT setup.Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms. They will be responsible for overseeing global HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, managing employee lifecycle, and driving process improvement.Employee Lifecycle Management:Onboarding to exit.Data management across all HR systems and employee data.Statutory Compliance:PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts.Coordination with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Maintaining organizational structure accuracy and updates.Benefits:This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to take on a leadership role and drive strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.
