About the Role:Emeritus is a leading education provider committed to making high-quality learning accessible and affordable worldwide.Our collaborative model brings together top-tier universities across the globe, delivering short courses, degree programs, professional certificates, and executive education to individuals, companies, and governments.We've educated over 250,000 learners across 80+ countries and have a global presence with offices in key locations.The Program Advisor role involves contacting warm leads via phone and email to provide personalized consultations on how our programs can support their career goals.This individual will be responsible for selling with a student-first mentality, providing exceptional service, and advising potential students as if they were family and friends.Key responsibilities include:Advising career changers on how our world-class education from top-tier universities can help launch them into a high-growth career.Building and managing a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.Providing in-depth information to interested students via phone and email.Guiding learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.Adhering to the inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.Providing feedback to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and insights from student conversations.**Requirements and Qualifications:**2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international education markets.Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.Strong phone presence and ability to make multiple calls per day.Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback.Ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrolment process that require follow-up.Comfortable working remotely and hitting metrics without micromanagement.**Benefits:**Emeritus provides an inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
