More details as below.Experience: 8+ yearsWork Location: INDIA (REMOTE)Contract Period: 3 months, extendableShift : Saudi Shift - Sun to Thursday (Remote)Engage as an SAP Enable Now Support Consultant to implement, maintain, and support the Enable Now platform. Work closely with business, training, and SAP functional teams to create effective, user-friendly training content and resolve platform-related issues. Required Experience & SkillsProven experience (typically 5+ years) with SAP Enable Now as an author, administrator, or consultantHands-on skills in building e-learning content (simulations, guided tours, videos) and configuring the Manager toolStrong understanding of SAP functional processes and ability to collaborate with SMEsExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skillsKey ResponsibilitiesContent DevelopmentDesign and develop interactive training materials (simulations, videos, documentation) using SAP Enable NowCustomize content to align with specific business processes and system configurationsPlatform Configuration & SupportConfigure and manage user roles, templates, permissions, and platform settingsTroubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents, monitor performance, and provide maintenanceCollaboration & Quality AssurancePartner with SMEs, instructional designers, and SAP technical teams to ensure accuracy and relevanceTest, review, and refine training content; update based on user feedback and system changesUser Support & DocumentationProvide timely support to trainers and end-users; guide them on tool usage and resolve queriesMaintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and templatesWHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
