Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned System Integration Specialist to lead the development of a middleware-based integration platform and a web-based Guest Personalization Software.The role involves building system integrations, automation workflows, and a lightweight internal application used across multiple departments.To succeed in this position, you will need to design and develop a middleware integration layer connecting PMS/CRS systems, EMR/healthcare systems, and banking APIs.You will automate reservation-to-accounting workflows, including invoice posting, GST/tax mapping, and real-time payment reconciliation.Design and develop a middleware integration layer connecting PMS/CRS (Hotsoft), EMR (Ayurlive/TouchQ), Tally Prime, and banking APIs.Automate reservation-to-accounting workflows, including invoice posting, GST/tax mapping, and real-time payment reconciliation.Integrate banking systems (Axis/HDFC/SBI or similar) to enable automated payment confirmations and alerts.Build PMS EMR synchronization for guest details, treatment data, dietary notes, and Ayurveda billing.Develop a web-based Guest Personalization Software with a centralized guest profile, departmental comments, repeat guest recognition, and pre-arrival email notifications.Implement dashboards, reporting layers, and real-time notification systems for operational and financial visibility.Ensure secure multi-user authentication, access control, audit logs, and scalable cloud-hosted deployment.
