Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Middleware Developer to design, build, and maintain robust middleware solutions that ensure seamless integration across applications and systems. The role involves working with modern integration tools, container platforms, and API technologies to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize middleware components for seamless application integration.
  • Collaborate with architects to define scalable and secure middleware architectures.
  • Integrate middleware with internal systems, databases, and third-party apps.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and support SIT/UAT & production deployments.
  • Implement security, authentication, and access control standards.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and coordinate with offshore for delivery.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Stay updated with new middleware and integration technologies.

Technical Skills Required

  • Middleware Tools: IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I), API Connect, IBM WebSphere, Kafka, JBoss, or similar.
  • Containers & Cloud: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift; container build & registry management.
  • Integration: SOAP/REST APIs, enterprise integration patterns, microservices.
  • Databases: DB2, Oracle, SQL/NoSQL basics.
  • DevOps & Monitoring: GitHub, logging/monitoring tools (Elastic preferred).
  • Programming: Strong in Java (or equivalent languages).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and handle dynamic priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
