Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled IT Service Management Specialist to provide support for our Managed Services tool sets and related processes.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, managing ticket distribution, and handling client access management requests in a timely manner.This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our Technical Support Center and ticket management systems.Expertise in technical and functional design requirements, data concepts, mapping, and relationships.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now.Provide administrative support for users, roles, and groups.Deliver technical support for existing ServiceNow environments, applications, and modules.Evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all ITSM processes.Support upgrades and evolution of ServiceNow.Monitor assignment group queues and proactively assume ownership of incidents and requests.Work with other team members to ensure that design and processes meet technical requirements.Validate service request requirements and work them to completion in ServiceNow.To succeed in this position, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.RequirementsDeep understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving process improvements, we encourage you to apply.
