Job Title: Sales technology Manager
Department: GTM Operations
Years of Experience : 5+ years
Location: Bangalore

Role Summary:

The Manager-Sales technology will role into the Central Sales Operations team at Azentio and would work towards driving operational excellence across Azentio’s GTM Org. The role would partner closely with Sales/Marketing/Customer and other cross functional teams to own Azentio’s GTM Tech stack. Key responsibilities include maintain and enhance the current CRM/advice and evaluate sales enablement tools to measure and optimize sales productivity. The position also plays a crucial role in change management, ensuring the effective adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies across marketing & sales teams

What we are looking for:

Oversee all aspects of our GTM tech stack, including budget management, procurement, provisioning, administration, system updates and integration. Ensure Tools like Salesforce/Zoominfo/Gong and others
are integrated and optimized to support GTM Teams
Drive GTM tool integrations to ensure seamless functionality and data flow between platforms, aligning with our sales and customer success processes
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to define system requirements, reporting
capabilities and analytics needs
Partner with Sales enablement and training teams to ensure effective user adoption and tool usage
across sales/customer success teams
Identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives to improve GTM operations, enhancing sales
productivity and process efficiency
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to sales process pain points, offering both short-term fixes and long-term improvements

Preferred Skills:
Over 5 years of experience in Sales technology/Sales Operations within a B2B technology or services environment.
Extensive hands-on knowledge of GTM Tech Stack spread across CRM/Prospecting/Contact
enrichment/Enablement solutions, including the integration of third-party tools and APIs to enhance sales automation.
Proficiency in design/administration/integration and maintenance of the complete GTM Tech stack end to end
Experience in budget management/technical due diligence/evaluation of various tools
In-depth understanding of the customer journey, with additional experience in data augmentation, lead routing, and lead scoring being a plus.
Familiarity with a wide range of Sales technology tools, including but not limited Salesforce/ZoomInfo/Apollo.io/Gong/Outreach/Seismic/Clari
