Job Title: Senior Technical ArtistAre you an expert in bridging the gap between art and technology? Do you excel at driving visual excellence and technical performance in Unreal Engine-powered AAA games?This role requires a senior/mid-level technical artist with 4+ years of experience.We are seeking a talented individual to lead our team of tech artists and develop cutting-edge pipelines, shaders, and tools that empower our artists while optimizing real-time performance.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline & Tool Development: Develop and maintain efficient art pipelines, automation tools, and procedural workflows to enhance productivity.Shader & Material Development: Create high-quality shaders and materials in Unreal Engine, balancing visual fidelity and performance.Performance Optimization: Optimize assets, lighting, and rendering to ensure high frame rates while maintaining visual quality across platforms.Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with artists, engineers, and designers to solve technical challenges and implement cutting-edge visual effects.Qualifications:5+ years in technical art roles, with leadership experience in AAA game development.Extensive experience working with Unreal Engine, including material editor, blueprints, and Niagara.Technical Skills:Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Blueprint scripting, and knowledge of C++ is a plus.Shaders & Rendering: Strong grasp of PBR workflows, shader development (HLSL, GLSL), and lighting optimization.Rigging & Animation Tools: Experience with procedural rigging, character deformation, and animation tools.Asset Optimization: Deep understanding of LODs, texture streaming, and performance profiling tools in Unreal Engine.Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead and collaborate across departments, translating artistic goals into efficient technical solutions.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong experience working with Unreal EngineHands-on exposure to AAA game developmentExpertise in Motion GraphicsProficiency in Native C++ or Unreal C++ programmingBenefitsThe ideal candidate will have a strong passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
