They are responsible for leading the visual design team, developing creative concepts, and ensuring the seamless integration of visual elements across various platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the visual design team to create impactful and cohesive visual assetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging visual designsDevelop and maintain visual design standards and guidelines to ensure brand consistencyOversee the creation of graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for digital and print materialsManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual assetsParticipate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and conceptsConduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersStay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual design and incorporate them into the team's workflowCollaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure brand alignment in outsourced visual projectsContribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns through visually compelling assetsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fieldProven experience as a visual designer or in a similar creative roleDemonstrated leadership and team management skillsProficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual compositionExcellent project management and organizational abilitiesAbility to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing designsSolid understanding of branding principles and their application in visual designExceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workEffective communication and presentation skills Experience Required 8 -12 Years
