We are seeking an experienced Architectural/Structural BIM Coordinator to join our team for a Middle East project. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects that define industry benchmarks.

Job Description:

The Architectural/Structural BIM Coordinator will manage BIM processes for architectural, structural, and MEP elements, ensuring accurate integration into the BIM model in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BIM Coordination: Oversee the development and integration of architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models.
  • Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless design and MEP integration.
  • Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure BIM models meet project standards through regular audits.
  • Documentation: Manage BIM-related documents, including drawings and reports.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance on BIM standards and software.
  • Training: Mentor junior staff on BIM processes and model integration.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in BIM coordination, with a focus on architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; strong understanding of BIM standards.
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
