Legal Manager Job DescriptionThe role of a Legal Manager involves overseeing the management of commercial and legal contracts within the pharmaceutical industry. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts such as Confidentiality Agreements, Supply Agreements, and Contract Manufacturing Agreements.A key responsibility of the Legal Manager is to ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and any disputes or issues are resolved promptly. They must also be able to communicate effectively with business development teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management.To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a strong background in law, preferably with a LLB qualification. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in contract management, is highly desirable.In addition to their technical skills, the Legal Manager should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Job Specifications:LLB qualificationPrior experience in pharma industry related contracts6-10 years of experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in MS Office applications
