Candidate should be possessing Techno Functional skill set with a minimum of 3-6 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application.(More technical)2. Should be proficient in developing secured HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards.3. Should have good experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formula.4. Should have good experience in doing data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates.5. Should have good understanding of HCM roles and security.6. Knowledge on various customization tools would be a plus.7. Should have excellent analytical and debugging skills.8. Good at documentation, testing and migrating objects into production9. Good Communication skill and effectively dealing with business team
