Enterprise Migration Specialist

Job OverviewThis is a strategic leadership role that focuses on delivering complex migration projects.The ideal candidate will have experience in program/project management with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure and Database platforms.They will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the migration program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Key responsibilities include developing detailed migration schedules, cutover plans, and dependency maps across applications, databases, and infrastructure.Candidates must be able to coordinate migrations with cross-functional teams and proactively identify and escalate program risks, issues, and challenges related to migrations.Maintain capacity planning, performance validation, and disaster recovery readiness during and after migration.Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate program status, risks, and outcomes.Required SkillsProgram/Project Management: 8-10 years of experience with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure (Virtualization) and Database platforms.Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Vmware to Olvm migrations and large-scale IT transformation initiatives.Leadership: Ability to coordinate large global teams and navigate through senior leadership and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; experience presenting to senior executives.Tools: Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Power BI) and IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
