**Job Overview:**  

Orion Group of Hotels is looking for a motivated and organized **Team Leader** to manage the **Reservations Team** at our South Delhi location. This team is responsible for handling incoming customer queries, managing bookings through phone and email, and ensuring excellent service for all reservation-related requests. The Team Leader will oversee the team’s performance, ensure smooth operations, and handle escalations when necessary.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage the reservations team, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of all customer queries and bookings via phone and email.

- Ensure team members provide high-quality customer service and maintain a professional attitude during all interactions.

- Monitor team performance and address any issues or escalations that may arise.

- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination regarding bookings.

- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of reservations, maintaining organized records of all customer interactions and bookings.

- Drive the team to meet or exceed service and productivity targets, ensuring adherence to company standards.

- Train and support team members to improve their customer service and booking management skills.


**Required Skills & Experience:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's Degree required; a major in tourism or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a reservations or customer service team is preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
