Senior PTC FlexPLM Developer/Lead Position OverviewThis is a Senior Developer/Team Lead level role with experience implementing FlexPLM for Retail, Footwear and Apparel customers. The selected candidate will lead the implementation of retail process maturity and capability best practices in FlexPLM, leveraging expertise in configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, upgrades and REST API/microservice development.The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering successful projects on time, with minimal errors. A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers are essential qualities for this position.Responsibilities:Implement retail process maturity and capability best practices in FlexPLM.Configure, customize and integrate FlexPLM for optimal performance.Migrate data into FlexPLM.Upgrade FlexPLM systems.Develop REST APIs and microservices.Requirements:For this position, we require a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in FlexPLM implementation and team leadership. Key qualifications include:6+ years of experience in implementing FlexPLM for Retail, Footwear and Apparel customers.Experience with all areas of FlexPLM including configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, upgrades and REST API/microservice development.4+ years of experience in REST API and microservice development is a plus.Benefits:We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth and competitive compensation packages.
