We provide innovative solutions for high-profile highway projects, working closely with organizations like NHAI, MoRTH, and various state highway authorities. We are seeking an experienced Highway Designer to join our team and contribute to significant road development projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of highway projects, including alignment design, geometric design, cross-section design, and profile generation for roads under NHAI, MoRTH, and other government highway projects.
  • Prepare detailed road design plans and layouts, ensuring compliance with NHAI, MoRTH standards, IRC (Indian Road Congress) codes, Hill Road Manual, and other relevant road design manuals.
  • Utilize advanced design software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, and other tools to create accurate and efficient road designs.
  • Conduct analysis and design of road geometries, drainage systems, and traffic management solutions, optimizing for safety.
  • Develop and prepare drawings, design reports, and technical specifications for highway projects.
  • Provide direction to the CAD Team Members for preparing accurate Detailed Engineering Drawings.
  • Review and analyze project plans and drawings to ensure they are in accordance with regulatory standards and best engineering practices.
  • Assist with site inspections and evaluations, identifying design issues and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure that the designs are presented clearly and effectively for client approvals, project meetings, and public presentations.
  • Keep abreast of developments in road design standards and technologies to improve project efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in highway design, particularly with projects related to NHAI, MoRTH, and National Highways.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, and other road design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of NHAI, MoRTH, IRC (Indian Road Congress) codes, Hill Road Manual, and other relevant road design manuals and guidelines.
  • Proven experience in road alignment design, geometric design, cross-sections, profiles, and road drainage systems.
  • Ability to handle large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of environmental and sustainability considerations in road design is a plus.
