We are seeking a skilled and experienced Highway Draughtsman to join our team and contribute to the planning and design of high-quality highway projects.

• Prepare and draft detailed road plans, including alignments, cross-sections, and profiles for highway projects using AutoCAD.
• Convert raw design data and conceptual sketches into accurate and precise drawings suitable for construction.
• Develop and refine road cross-sections and profiles to ensure they meet engineering specifications and project requirements.
• Present all drafted designs in a clear, professional, and presentable format for client presentations and project approvals.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Ensure that all drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and accuracy in drafting across all project documents.
• Provide technical support by assisting with the preparation of project documentation and design reports.
• Ensure timely completion of drafted documents and drawings in line with project timelines.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Highway Draughtsman, specifically in drafting road plans, cross-sections, and profiles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of highway design standards and drafting conventions.
• Ability to transform engineering concepts and data into clear, well-organized visual formats.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with engineers and project managers.
• Good communication skills and a strong understanding of road construction terminology.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
