Job Title: SeniorAccount Manager Location:Samshabad, Telangana Experience: 8–10 Years Salary range - Upto 9.5 LPA Qualifications and Skills: CA/ICWA/MBAFinance or relevant qualification.Proven experienceof 8 -10 years in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturingindustry.Strong knowledgeof accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.Experience inmanaging imports/exports accounting is preferred.Excellentleadership, analytical, and communication skills. KeyResponsibilities:Accountingand Financial Management:Manage andoversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accountsreceivable, general ledger, and payroll.Ensure accurateand timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements,and cash flow statements.Handle dailyfinancial transactions, manage cash flow, and monitor bank reconciliations. Budgetingand Cost Control:Assist in thepreparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Analyze financialdata to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization.Implement costcontrol measures and support management in improving financial performance. Taxationand Compliance:Manage and ensuretimely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.Maintaincompliance with all financial regulations and company policies.Coordinate withauditors during internal and statutory audits and ensure timely completion. TeamManagement:Lead and mentorthe accounting team to achieve departmental goals.Conduct regularperformance reviews and provide training to improve team efficiency.Imports andExports Accounting:Oversee theaccounting aspects related to imports and exports, ensuring compliance withcustoms regulations and accurate documentation.Handle foreignexchange transactions and manage currency fluctuations. FinancialAnalysis and Reporting:Provide financial insights and reports tosenior management, highlighting key financial metrics and recommendingimprovements.Support the CFO in preparing financialstatements, presentations, and other reports for stakeholders.Vendorand Client Relationship Management:Manage relationships with key clients,vendors, and financial institutions.Ensure timely payments and maintain healthyworking relationships to support smooth operations. ​ About the company: It is a leading automotive company which has a different divisions, including Mercedes Benz.
